A thank you note

Here is a thank you note that we recently received for personalised shot glasses:

"Hello, I just wanted to give some feedback as couldn't see a section on your websiteI placed an order for some shot glasses to use a favours for my forthcoming wedding in June and received the shot glasses this week. I just wanted to let you know how please I am with them and how classy they look.  Communication was excellent with a phone call to say they would be arriving in the week and also very pleased to advise that there were no breakages.  I would and will definitely recommend your services to everyone I come across.  There are many people who only make contact when they want to complain so I would like to spread my thanks to the whole of your team for a fantastic job well done Kind regards Julie"
